“Receptionist and staffs are very nice and helpful .”
The location is right next to Santa Claus Village. The bathroom has a urine smell, but the shower room size is fine.

The place was clean, dinner was delicious, and the staff were very attentive, polite, and responsive. I’d love to come back. A free shuttle from the heart of Santa Claus Village would be nice.

The room was outstanding, especially the edge-facing side overlooking the trees – absolutely incredible. The in‑room sauna was lovely, though it took a bit to reach my preferred heat. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was pleasant. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Christmas Village.
