We had a very pleasant stay at this property in Termoli; the location was excellent, just a 15‑minute walk from the sea and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Restaurants, bars, pubs, pizzerias, and a supermarket were nearby, making the spot especially convenient. We could enjoy the town and find places to eat or drink without traveling far. The property didn’t have kitchen facilities or a coffee machine, but a fridge was available, which was useful during our stay. Overall, we appreciated the fantastic location, so close to the sea and all of Termoli’s amenities.

The host was kind, quick to reply, and eager to meet any needs, offering useful tips about interesting spots, restaurants, and beaches. The “Corallo” room matched the description: spacious, tidy, with a fridge and a small folding rack to store towels and swimsuits. The windows are high and not usable, though a ladder is provided and they can be opened for ventilation. The bathroom is roomy with a comfortable shower and a home‑style phone. The bed is comfy and the air‑conditioning is excellent. It would be nice to have a few hooks for daily items like bags and jackets, since the walls are large and the wardrobe doesn’t hold everything.
