We were a group of eight, booked every room, and the experience was flawless; each spacious, tastefully decorated room had a name on a plaque and a floor‑level display of illuminated volcanic rocks—a real marvel. The common area served breakfast and dinner, and Santi and Lilliana welcomed us with cannoli, water, and milk for the first breakfast. The rooms featured good insulation, fresh towels, and they were changed regularly. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and the tours and transfers with Santi were wonderful—very pleasant and professional. The whole experience is unmatched. The only downside was that it was hard to find anything we didn’t like.
