“Excellent location and great staff. Rooms really small, some undergroung”
The hotel’s location is superb, close to many restaurants and attractions, and near South Bank and Waterloo stations. The staff are very polite and helpful, far beyond what you’d expect at a similar place, which is the real highlight. The building is clean with modern décor, and the room itself is tidy, featuring contemporary furniture and amenities. The bathroom is small but acceptable. The price is excellent for the location, and breakfast is fine. The downside is that the room is really small, underground with no windows, giving the impression of being in an underwater cabin, which makes you wonder about safety even if you’re not claustrophobic.
