The hotel's location is a major plus, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The breakfast options were severely limited and not exactly appetizing, which was a letdown. On top of that, the room was a mess, with a strong unpleasant smell lingering around. It was a bit of a shock to walk into such a dirty space.

I had a decent stay overall, but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of food options. The hotel itself was okay, but it could've been better if they had more variety in their menu. Still, it was a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't rule out staying here again.

This hotel really delivered on its promises - the rooms were spotless, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff were some of the friendliest I've ever met. I was a bit skeptical at first, but my kids and I had an amazing time here, and I'd highly recommend it to families.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel - everything from the pool to the rooms was well-maintained and of high quality. The only downside was the price, which was a bit steeper than I'd like. Still, it was worth it for the excellent service and amenities.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the waterfalls was a major bonus. However, my room (106) had some serious issues - the bed was uncomfortable, the AC was blowing hot air, and the fan was making a racket. It was a shame, really, because with a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a real gem.
