Clean, a pretty room, and a suggestive terrace (though not well maintained). The access is complicated and poorly explained, the self‑check‑in is very long, and they ask for a lot of information without a privacy notice (“the information will be used in accordance with GDPR” is not a privacy notice). There is no physical person present, the parking at Piazza Mazzini is nonexistent, and the bathroom has no mirror.

There was no blackout curtain in the bedroom. The morning light is very strong for those who don't like waking up at 6.

Ideal location, excellent cleanliness, new property. Overall a good place. At that price I would have expected a better breakfast.

I felt welcomed and the room was clean, but the so‑called breakfast was just a coffee machine – not a real breakfast at all.
