“Gorgeous place just need a little better attention to detail with cleaning for a 5 star hotel. Still highly recommend”

The architecture, facilities, location and staff were amazing. Cleanliness scored a 3.5/5 – the area under the bathroom cabinet where the towels and scales sit had never been cleaned for a long time, with a thick layer of dust and hair on the scales and the surface. The fridge had dirt that leaked through and a random packet of nuts, plus a Mars bar was just tossed in. The kettle in the cupboard had dust on top of it.

Perfect location, within walking distance of cafés, restaurants and the beach. The internal restaurants were great. The service was friendly and the rooms were plush.

Great location. Good restaurants, great breakfast, easy parking. The room was too small to fit a king‑size bed.
