The staff were very friendly and attractive, but the women’s bathroom had a single shared toilet and shower that was not very convenient.

The place was clean, and there was nothing negative.

It was close to trains and shopping centres, but Granville Hotel used to open at 6.00am every morning and now it doesn't open until 10.00am.

To get the room in satisfactory condition to justify the price paid, the room’s condition and appearance don’t look like a hotel room and are too expensive.
