The building was beautiful. It was a bit noisy.

Very clean, comfortable bed, 5 minute walk to main square. There is a nearby church that had bells ringing every half hour from 8am. Obviously not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind if you are a late sleeper

The hotel’s art‑deco charm was undeniable, but it had become noticeably pricey compared with the two previous years and the higher cost showed in the slip‑ups—a broken reading lamp, a curtain hanging loose, and no soap at the sink. Breakfast wasn’t included and, while decent, didn’t match our expectations; we asked for an 8 am service and the rolls only arrived at 8.20 am, which was tight for our schedule. Overall, it fell short of what we hoped.

The location is great, though the street next to the hotel smells awful. There’s no elevator.
