Located in Shuwaikh Free Zone, it's 16 minutes from the airport and close to Kuwait City, The Avenues Mall, and Salmiya's entertainment district.

I told the manager binod that the pool was so bad that annoying and harmful people were playing ball, and that ball hit the kids; there was no respect for guests. I’m writing this while sitting with my wife and kids, worried and anxious, and there’s no guard or security to stop this mess. A 5‑star hotel should be better. The service was awful, no attention to guests. When I arrived and checked in, the front‑desk staff threw my room card and said its number, then I had to find it myself with no one pointing me the way. This place deserves a 3‑star rating at most. Also, I had requested two kids’ beds, but none were provided, so I had to put my children on the sofa. Bad hotel, a scam for a 5‑star rating.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The dinner could offer a wider variety of food.

I didn’t like anything. The place is very old and unsuitable for staying. The furniture is old and the bathroom is bad, not clean. The staff are polite and friendly.
