The place was neat and the spot was spot‑on, but breakfast left a lot to be desired. They handed out two 4‑gram jam packs per guest, which is the minimum they’re allowed to give. The next morning the staff refused to serve breakfast, claiming it was too late, then later admitted they’d actually run out of jam. The room came with a kettle, tea and coffee, yet no milk or sugar were supplied. The single sachet of shower gel and shampoo was barely enough for an adult. The sheets never got changed; when I asked housekeeping to swap them, she just pointed to the other bed in the room, which actually had two beds. I even had to request tea cups and a spoon to stir. Luckily I had brought my own tea bags and sugar.
