The staff were very kind, smiling, helpful, especially the servers at meals, the people handing out beach towels, and a special shout‑out to the housekeeper who took care of my room. I appreciated the quick response when I reported a few issues in the room. The resort is beautiful with stunning sunsets at the beach. I loved the Panorama bar for a delicious crepe or a drink with a magnificent view. The room was spacious, overlooking the gardens, pool, and sea. The food was very varied and excellent.
I am a woman traveling alone and felt very solicited: a lack of professional distance at times (inappropriate questions) from some staff and vendors on the beach. Although their intentions weren’t malicious, it can become heavy when you’re looking for peace. The air‑conditioning blows too hard even at minimum and makes an awful noise. The room is outdated for the price, especially the bathroom: rust and yellow stains in the bathtub, worn joints… it needs a major refresh. The mattress is worn, not very comfortable, and especially not clean: hair, yellow rings that don’t wash out, holes in the sheets. I noticed this in other hotels in Egypt. It isn’t the housekeeping staff’s fault but their laundry method.
