The location is superb, right next to the metro and tram stops, the staff are extremely friendly, and everything deserves praise.

It’s decent, but a rating of 9+ on the booking site doesn’t reflect reality; everything feels plain, unremarkable, and fairly average. I’m not sure I’d stay again; the place is overhyped. The room was a basic standard one, the layout was inconvenient, it wasn’t very clean and looked old, and the staff seemed detached.
