The location was convenient, especially near the airport, and the shuttle was excellent with friendly, personable drivers; availability was also good. However, the air conditioner in the room was awful—difficult to adjust and made the temperature extremely cold. Worse, it was very noisy, making sleep nearly impossible.

The location near the airport was convenient, but the price felt like gouging; I paid much less a month earlier. There was also an issue with off‑site booking and overbooking, but associate Kay resolved it.
