The TV wasn’t working, so we called front desk and they responded immediately and moved us to a neighboring room. That was very much appreciated; everything else was excellent.

The spot is right off the interstate and the staff were genuinely friendly, plus it was super easy to locate. The only gripe was that the power outlets were too loose to hold a phone charger block securely.

The place sits conveniently near the freeway, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the room itself was very cozy.

Breakfast was just okay. The air conditioner in the room literally fell apart and was VERY loud, with the front panel and the top panel both falling off. Overall, the experience was far below what we expect from Holiday Inn Express.
