The building and our room were stunning, but the spa was closed, a point that keeps popping up in other guests’ comments. The breakfast spread was huge—we couldn’t finish half of it, so I wondered where all that food went. The two coffees we ordered for breakfast were extra, and after the meal we were asked to pay for them, even though no hot drinks were included in the buffet and we weren’t told they were an add‑on. The night before, we dined at the hotel restaurant and found that the staff spoke almost no English. When we placed our orders, many dishes were already sold out and we weren’t warned when we sat down, as the restaurant was almost empty except for locals. One of the two starters arrived cold, just like much of the breakfast the next day. In our room, it was quite chilly on arrival, so the reversible AC ran all night to keep us warm. Considering the price for Albania, these issues left a bitter taste, and I hope the staff takes note to improve service.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of nature, and the rooms were cozy and nice. I didn’t find anything I disliked; everything was enjoyable.

The hotel is a great spot for a couple or a family, surrounded by beautiful nature. The room was very cozy, clean, and fully equipped. The staff were very polite and friendly, and we will definitely come back. The only drawback in the bathroom is the lack of a small side table near the tub—there’s nowhere to put a towel or a cup. The kettle is there, but there’s no socket next to the table it sits on, so you have to find a place to plug it in to boil water. Some dishes at the restaurant were too salty for our taste.

The place is amazing, with views and facilities that match the photos. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff are very accommodating and super helpful. Occasionally, events make it a bit noisy, which can break the calm, but that doesn’t happen often.
