There was no hot water in the shower. The common areas smelled unpleasant and were dirty. There was no infrastructure in the town, and absolutely nothing in the accommodation (snack machines, etc.). On arrival I also had to pay 360 Swedish krona in cash for bedding, towels, and final cleaning. I then received an email asking me to clean the room! My room itself was okay, but very small.

Our bedroom was very good, large, fresh, and tidy. The beds were comfortable. It was also nice that we could buy soda and ice cream on site. The public areas, such as the toilets, were dirty and stale. Toilet paper ran out and there were no extra rolls, but we found rolls in a cabinet next to the toilet. The fridge and freezer were dirty outside. It took a long time before hot water came out of the taps. When we tried to wash dishes, it was faster to boil water. (See the negative above!)

An unusual accommodation with hard-to-describe added value and close to Heidedstams Olshammar and the holy Birgitta's place with her husband Ulf. It was a little far to the toilet.

The hotel is decent for its price, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for; the kitchen areas were just a bit too cramped, yet the location near Vättern is great.
