The owner’s kindness. The place was a little far from the main attractions, but I was aware of that.

The owners were kind, friendly, precise, and professional, making us feel at ease with no issues. The breakfast was very good. The spot isn’t right next to the sea but it’s decent. Unfortunately, a road closure on the lane to Itri sometimes caused us to lose a bit of time, though that’s not the owners’ fault.
The owners were welcoming and very helpful, and the location was neat and clean.
