The food was pretty good, but the kitchen was super slow. I mean, for $10, the fish fingers were basically just flour, and the shrimp cocktail was all sauce and no actual shrimp. On the other hand, the spicy wings, staff, and location were all top-notch. But what really got my goat was the extra $7-8 booking fee they tacked on, which didn't even come close to reflecting the actual room rate.

The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city. However, things didn't quite live up to expectations when I arrived late in the evening. Not only was the room small, but there was also no water in the room, which made things pretty inconvenient. Despite the late hour, the staff were helpful and managed to get me sorted out, but it was a bit of a hassle.
