The chocolate chip cookie at check‑in was a nice touch. The area was pleasant, and I loved the pool and lounge areas. Next time I’d like a room with a lake view and a balcony because the lake is beautiful.

Quiet, clean, staff helpful. I was confused by the elevator because I wasn’t told I had to use my hotel key to push the button in the elevator until a bystander helped me.
