The apartment was super comfortable and well‑furnished; the kitchen was equipped and the bathroom had everything needed. Francesco is a kind and helpful person who answered any questions we had, recommended great restaurants for our meals, and helped us bring Vietri right to the heart of the city. The stairs are steep but doable.
“Beautiful Apartment, Perfect Location”
We had a very pleasant stay overall, and there were several things we really liked about the apartment. The apartment itself is very modern, spacious and nicely furnished, with good‑quality furniture and attention to detail. We particularly liked the staircase leading to the small balcony, it was beautifully designed and felt very solid. The bathroom, which is always important to us, was clean and spacious enough, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials we needed. We also really appreciated the very comfortable mattress and pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The apartment has sufficient lighting throughout and plenty of storage space for clothes, which was very convenient. We would also like to thank Francesco for kindly lending us an iron during our stay. The location is excellent. You are right in the heart of the city, with a very affordable mini market just behind the building, a pharmacy nearby, and plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance. Despite being so central, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Francesco was also excellent. His instructions were very clear, we had no problems at all with the check‑in process, and his English is very good. There are a few things that we think could be improved. First, the accessibility of the apartment should be explained much more clearly in the listing. Reaching the apartment is quite challenging, especially for older people or anyone travelling with luggage. It is on the third floor, with very narrow stairs and relatively high steps. For us, it felt almost like climbing rather than simply walking up stairs. We also strongly recommend adding photos of the entrance to the listing. When we first arrived, the entrance was quite intimidating and we honestly thought we might have gone to the wrong place. We went upstairs very cautiously. The apartment is accessed from the back of a restaurant, with quite strong smells around the entrance, so the first impression is not particularly reassuring. The balcony furniture also needs to be replaced. All of the cushions and furniture were quite worn and torn, which made it difficult to actually enjoy and use the balcony. This was a shame because the balcony itself is a nice feature of the apartment. Inside the apartment, we would strongly recommend installing mosquito screens on the bathroom and kitchen windows, as these are the only windows that can be opened. Without screens, it is difficult to leave the windows open without worrying about mosquitoes or other insects entering. It would also be helpful to have a small cupboard with some basic cleaning supplies, such as bleach or disinfectant. When we arrived, the toilet was not as clean as we expected, so rather than making an issue of it, we bought a cleaning spray from the nearby shop and cleaned it ourselves. Having some additional cleaning products available would be useful for guests who prefer an extra level of cleanliness. A few extra rubbish bags and some kitchen paper would also be a nice addition. Finally, the small sachets of shampoo feel a little too basic for the overall quality of the apartment. A wall‑mounted dispenser with separate shampoo and body wash would be better.

The climb was a challenge, but we were happy to find a beautiful room awaiting us. We enjoyed everything, including the space and the host (the only staff we met/heard from) who were very helpful. The bed was hard, but we were still happy to accommodate this.
