“Hampton Inn is NOT What it Used to Be!”
The location and parking availability were fine, but room 402 had a roach in the bathroom that I had to kill. The toilet paper roll holder was nearly falling off the wall. There was missing caulk or mold in the tub, and the elevator had a chipped fascia. All of these point to poor maintenance. The staff blocked the hallway right in front of the elevators when leaving the next morning, which is the worst place to park their carts. They apologized, but it still felt inadequate. The TV selection was poor. I won’t stay at Hampton Inn again. This is my third visit at various locations over the past four years, and all three had reasons to complain.
