“Pésima atención”

The location is excellent, everything was very clean, but the receptionist with copper‑colored hair was very rude. My daughter was grabbing breakfast when we arrived at 10:00, and the receptionist practically snatched the plate away, claiming she was going to waste the food; she was incredibly high‑handed and ill‑mannered—and I’ve seen other comments about her. She displays very poor manners and racism; she won’t even return a “good morning” greeting. I think management should pay closer attention to who they hire, since we are paying for good service, and an employee shouldn’t treat a customer as if they were giving us the stay for free.

The hotel’s location was convenient, and the breakfast was quite decent, but when booking the room you’re unaware that it’s under construction, and our room was right next to where the construction began. Additionally, you’re not informed about the elevator not working until you arrive. When you ask if you want to cancel due to the inconvenience, you’re told that you won’t receive a refund. If you need assistance, well, I suppose that’s your problem.

“Another great stay”

The staff here is very friendly and the rooms are immaculate, but the elevator is not working.

The rate was good, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast could use a bit more variety—especially meat—but otherwise I’d come back.
