I loved the location, but the check‑in was a hassle – the staff were abrupt and wouldn’t let us in even a minute early. We asked four times because we had to pick up our grandson, and suddenly the room was ready at 3 pm along with everyone else, which felt odd.

The place is very nice and the pool stays open late, but you’re charged extra for extra blankets or comforters when you ask for them.
