We stayed at the end of September and the weather was still summer‑like, allowing us to explore Salento and enjoy the beaches. The morning sunrise view was unbeatable, and the evening atmosphere turned the harbor into something almost magical.

The breakfast was excellent, big thanks to Eliana. The location is ideal—restaurants are nearby and the beach is a short walk away. The B&B was hard to find when we arrived in the evening; a small door sign would help. There was no parking, even though the description promised one. It wasn’t hard to find parking nearby, but the announcement was misleading. The WhatsApp message with the necessary info arrived only on the morning of our arrival, when we were already on the road and didn’t always have internet. That message should have been sent the day before. When we arrived, the bar under the B&B was VERY, VERY loud. The music was too loud! I understand it was a sort of closing party because the summer season ended on 19 September, but it was disturbing.

The two cleaning ladies were kind. The room’s cleanliness was an issue: upon arrival they had to change the bed linens and redo the bathroom and room cleaning. The electric glass on the bathroom ceiling wouldn’t close, letting us see people from other rooms, which was uncomfortable. The safe was unusable until the penultimate day. There were no hooks. Rust was everywhere, even in the wardrobe. Above all, the owners were dishonest, untrustworthy, and rude, failing to keep their promises.

I was able to talk to Marta, the owner, who arranged a garage for our 5‑day stay. Eliana served us a very generous breakfast and was a very friendly, cheerful person. The room and common areas were very clean. I highly recommend it. I can’t give any negative feedback about the place.

The location is fabulous, the room is clean and comfortable. Nothing else.
