Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely, comfortable room at this family-run hotel. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I was really impressed with the level of care and attention to detail they showed.

We were expecting a lot more for the price, but unfortunately, this place fell short. The room was nice and had good amenities, but it was way overpriced for Vietnam standards. There are plenty of other places that are just as good, if not better, at a fraction of the cost.

This hotel had its pros and cons, but the standout was the staff - they were super friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. The location was also perfect for a break, and the air conditioning and fan were a nice touch. However, the room was tiny and the bed was almost as big as the room itself, which made it feel overpriced. Still, I'd consider staying here again if the price was right.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The room smelled incredibly musty and had a strong moldy smell, which I think was coming from the air conditioning unit. It got worse whenever it was turned on, and our clothes still smell like it now. We also got food poisoning from the breakfast (a soup and cold noodles), and we had to deal with stomach cramps.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks in large part to Lam's excellent English skills, which made communication a breeze. The hotel's app was also a huge help in navigating the local area. The building itself was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with great air conditioning and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was super central. The only downside was the bed, which was a bit hard, but that's pretty standard in Vietnam.
