This modern hotel had every convenience. The staff spoke English. There was a bar and a souvenir shop. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was good too.

The room was clean, comfortable with great beds and good air‑conditioning. The location was ideal on a quiet street yet close enough to the city centre. We had a problem with the in‑room safe, and the young girl at reception handled it well. The staff were a bit odd – likely a language barrier – especially the guy who checked us in; he left the key on the side without a word. I waited 10 seconds, thinking he was still paperwork, but he looked up and said “yes?” as if he was finished. No “here’s your key,” no “your room is on the 2nd floor,” no offer for bags. I had to ask him where the lift was, and he watched us go. Very unwelcoming. The young girl was much friendlier.

A solid choice in Bishkek. Walking from the hotel into town is easy. The rooms were nice. The staff were helpful, arranging a private transfer to Karakol for us quickly and at a fair price. Breakfast was solid. Nothing else to note.
