Delicious and plentiful breakfast and dinner. A nice large inner courtyard with a pool. The staff were always very kind and friendly. It is a bit noisy because it is close to the airport, and at night you cannot sleep with the door or windows open.
The hotel is large and offers many facilities. The pools are nice, with varied depths, and there are plenty of sunbeds even in the middle of the day. Getting beach towels requires a 10 € deposit per towel and only in cash, but the hotel does not have an ATM, so we had to walk 15 min through a shady street with abandoned buildings and random people taking a piss behind trees to get some cash. Not a great first experience when you just arrive. 4‑star hotels should accept cards or have an ATM ready. I also ordered a room with two separate beds and still got one large bed instead.
“Lovely Rhodes hotel”
The restaurant dishes were top‑class, and the room was spacious and pleasant. The only issue worth mentioning was that the room itself was cleaned and the beds made, with fresh towels provided daily, but the tiled floor in the room and the balcony area had not been cleaned; coffee stains were visible when we arrived and remained until we left.
I enjoyed the food; there was a good variety for both children and adults. The restaurant staff were very attentive and courteous. The sea is nearby. There is an entertainment program every evening, plenty of places to sit and relax, and the pool is clean. We arrived at 9 a.m., having last eaten at the airport at 2 a.m. At reception, we were told to wait until a room became available at noon. Waiting for a room isn't the issue, but to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, the hotel management really ought to consider offering tired, hungry travelers fresh off the road something—even just a coffee and a croissant. It would cost the hotel nothing, yet we were refused and told we had to wait until noon to get our wristbands upon check-in. It was very disheartening
“Relaxing beach resort”
The beach was great and the food was fantastic – nothing else to add.
