The room was comfortable and breakfast was good, and it was just a 30‑minute walk to the city center and the aqueduct. I could hear the guest in the room next door – their snoring, alarm clock, and phone conversations – at night, and it got loud, like furniture was being moved on the floor above. It was difficult to get an Uber or cab/taxi.

The place was clean and the staff were helpful. It still needs a remodel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Being outside Segovia yet close, a bus 200 m away takes you to the city center in 5 minutes and runs every 15 minutes, plus easy access to highways for exploring. The hotel’s private parking is huge and always has a spot. The front desk staff were unfriendly, seemed perpetually grumpy, and barely acknowledged our greetings. Breakfast quality varied wildly by product, by day (we stayed 6 days), and by arrival time; restocking was inconsistent, hot dishes were cold, and some items ran out.

No volvería.
