The rooms were nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful, plus the better rooms offered a great view. The central AC wasn’t set to heating even though it was already cold at night, and the breakfast at Genius didn’t work.

The staff really saved our stay, they were super attentive and kind. However, since it was off-season, some of the facilities advertised online, like the spa, weren't available.

The views were amazing and the staff were wonderful, but we were a bit disappointed that the spa services weren't available. To make matters worse, my husband got food poisoning after eating at the restaurant in the evening.

We loved everything about this hotel - the ambience, food, service, and mountain views were all great. The staff seemed to really prioritize customer satisfaction and were super humble and helpful.

The rooms were really spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The facilities were all in great shape, but we did have a couple of issues - the food selection was limited, and my shower was a bit temperamental.
