On the first day, they informed me at the last minute that they couldn’t accommodate me that night because of an issue, forcing me to find alternative lodging. The next day, when I returned and wanted to leave my luggage, they said I couldn’t because check‑in was later (even though I had checked in a day earlier). I argued with them, but they refused to take any of my nights and then disappeared, never answering the phone again. If you don’t want to ruin your trip, avoid this place. The treatment was unacceptable.
