A very good hotel. The staff are professional and extremely helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The rooftop pool offers a view of Medan. They arranged paid transport to the airport for us. There are many good local restaurants nearby. Shops are opposite the hotel. Walking gets you to the centre and key attractions in Medan.

The location was excellent.

The hotel was solid, clean, and the service good. Richard at the lobby bar was very helpful. The rooftop pool was cool, and the massage was top‑class. The facilities were a bit dated, the gym was somewhat haphazardly arranged, and a descaling in the bathroom would be nice.
