Receive fresh towels after 2 days, when asking for it. Toilet paper were also given when asked for. Had to clean our Chalet ourselves because according to the cleaning personel, they only cleaned after 4 days

I recently visited this place for the first time and was captivated by its beautiful surroundings. The highlight of my stay was getting to see the Springboks up close - it was truly amazing. However, I was slightly disappointed to find a carpet at the front door of my unit which became a mess on a rainy day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, thanks to its perfect location that made it easy to explore the area's attractions. The facilities were also very welcoming and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to families or those who love camping.
