The location was fine. The experience was very disappointing, especially for the price. This hotel is far too expensive for what you actually receive, and the level of service is nowhere near what you’d expect at that rate. The biggest problem was the reception staff. The women at reception were consistently rude, unhelpful, and turned simple requests into a hassle. For a hotel that charges these rates, the lack of hospitality is unacceptable. I do want to point out that the cleaning lady was very kind and pleasant, and the valet staff were also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they were the exception. Overall, terrible value for money. Sardinia has many beautiful hotels with much better service, and I would definitely choose somewhere else next time.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and all exclusive services were included. Two guests in the hotel were rude and arrogant, but the staff handled them well. This was not a fault of the property.

A very good hotel. The Wi‑Fi at the pool isn’t great, but it’s not a big deal. The parking is small and makes it hard to find a spot.
