The hotel was quiet in the heart of Phuket’s party scene, with a location just deep in Patong near a hill, offering pleasant views and much quieter than the surrounding area, which was a big plus after staying in Karon where it felt a bit dull. The balconies in the rooms were a nice touch, perfect for a morning or evening sit‑down in fresh air to enjoy the view. The spot was also convenient: about a 10‑minute walk to Jungceylon shopping centre, roughly 15 minutes to the beach, and Bangla Road was reachable quickly, but the hotel’s slightly off‑the‑beaten‑path position kept street noise from bothering us. The result was a perfect balance: the party of Patong was close, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful—ideal for those who want to be in the middle of the action but still sleep well.

“Excellent”

The location is great if you want a quiet spot on the forest edge, the staff are helpful and very prompt with requests, rooms are clean and extremely spacious compared to the matchbox‑sized rooms offered by other hotels in this price range. The air conditioning system in the hotel should be upgraded; it’s a little old and somewhat prone to malfunction.

“QUIET HOTEL, 2 WEEK STAY, GOOD FOR YOUNG HEALTHY PERSONS,”

The room was quiet and the owner Remy was a great guy; Patong is great, the hotel is a bit out of the way, so it was quiet enough to rest while still being close to Patong nightlife and restaurants. It was very safe and clean, but the beds were awful, hard as nails, and there was no view—just woods and an old broken hotel that was unfinished and part of someone’s rooftop. The rest of the upper rooms looked great, but the family room disappointed on the view. If you have walking difficulties, are elderly or disabled, this hotel is not for you—there’s no elevator, you have to walk uphill as many transporters won’t go up to the hotel. Good luck with that; you should rent a motorbike to get around up and down the hill. Housekeeping had to be found or requested on demand, good luck. Many guests don’t know where it is and will have to look it up.

I stayed for two months in several rooms; everything was very clean, cleaned daily, and the staff and host were extraordinarily friendly, accommodating and flexible if needed. All necessities are in the rooms, the balconies are large, and the chairs there are comfortable. Hot water is available at all times. Motorbikes can be booked on site. It is very quiet and somewhat remote, which is an advantage.

The house is very well located, at the end of a cul‑de‑sac on the edge of the forest. The room was nice, with huge glass-paneled doors. The host gentleman was very courteous and pleasant. We will gladly stay here again.
