The staff were very friendly and I felt it was a good hotel. However, the overall equipment looked old, as if it had been kept unchanged from a previous era; while the personnel were attentive in many areas, it seemed clear that the facilities needed updating.

I understood the old equipment because I could stay so cheaply; the bed alone, priced like a capsule hotel, still included a bathroom and toilet, which is unbelievable.
