“Wouldn't recommend”
Breakfast was okay, the blueberry blizzard was pretty good. We signed a rental agreement and got a parking pass to hang on our rear‑view mirror. Each room gets one spot unless you pay extra. We ended up in cabin 3, which was tiny—just enough for a bed, a small two‑person table, and a bathroom. The shower was so cramped you could barely wash your hair, but the water was hot, which was a plus. With only the two of us, we managed. The queen‑size bed and clean linens were fine, but the bed was obnoxiously noisy; any movement woke us up, cutting our sleep. Housekeeping came daily, changing towels, restocking paper, making the bed, and taking out trash. The motel is a bit off the road, surrounded by pine and oak trees, so we brought in a lot of pine needles and leaves. The room was only “swept” once during our stay. Acorns kept falling in the parking lot, some even damaged our rental car, forcing me to pay out of pocket for repairs.
