The hotel was very clean and comfortable; the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The bed was cozy and the breakfast was good, featuring standard eggs, breakfast meats, and a make‑your‑own waffle station with blueberry compote – always my favorite. The cookies were tasty! My husband appreciated the well‑stocked weight room, and I liked the warm pool. I wasn’t sure if it was a real drawback, but I had hoped Saturday’s breakfast would be a bit more special. Friday offered biscuits and gravy, which I didn’t get to try. Saturday’s selection was just scrambled eggs and a sausage that felt a bit too hard, likely microwaved. It was still decent, but I was a little disappointed. I was also upset that cookies weren’t available all day, unlike other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at.
