Everything about the accommodation—location, price, facilities—was solid, and breakfast was satisfying. However, on the day of arrival Ms. Qiu’s attitude was terrible; she kept insisting I pay extra to change rooms or cancel and refuse to let me stay.

The front desk staff were polite and friendly, but the experience fell short of previous stays. In room 512 the bathtub was not clean; after filling it with water I noticed obvious grime at the bottom, which I thought might be a leak repair but actually was dirt that peeled off when I touched it. I ended up not using the tub at all and even posted a photo of the damage. The bed in 512 also needed replacement—compared to other rooms, it collapsed and offered no support, leaving both of us with back and waist pain and constantly disturbing each other’s sleep. This is the first time I’ve had such a poor sleeping experience at this hotel, whether booking through the app or on site. The air conditioning could use improvement; the small living area was fine, but the bedroom’s AC didn’t circulate air well enough to reach a comfortable temperature.

The sauna was fantastic and very relaxing, and breakfast offered a wide range of tasty options. The place is a bit far from the station if you walk, but being next to Costco is a nice perk. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely consider coming back! The only downside was mosquitoes.
