Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location is very close to town, and grabbing a ride from the hotel is convenient. The room is a great deal: comfortable, spacious, low price, and comes with nice towels. I liked the festive lobby décor. A vending machine sells cup noodles, and a hot water dispenser lets me avoid hunger overnight. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a pool table for those who enjoy playing pool.

The air conditioning was not working.

The location is strategic in the city centre, easy to find, and the air conditioning is very cold. However, parking space is limited, towels are dirty, the bathroom window isn’t fully tinted, tiles are uneven and sharp, curtains are too short, and toiletries are not provided.

The staff were polite and the hotel is close to the city centre, but the security left me uneasy – the door and windows were broken, making me feel unsafe. The towels and sheets seemed long overdue for replacement, and there was no parking, forcing me to leave my car on the street and worry about it being hit overnight.

The room was dusty and smelled bad, so I left feeling disappointed.
