Breakfast was good, but as a boutique hotel it should provide metal spoons and forks instead of plastic and paper; otherwise the meal quality was solid. The room should include a tissue box, guests should be guided on how to use the TV remote, softer pillows should replace the hard ones, a towel rack should be hung in the shower, and the shower seal should be fixed to prevent leaks. The water facilities and coffee accessories on each floor deserve praise.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and nice, breakfast was okay, and we loved the location—outside the village center with an amazing view. However, the room and sheets could have been cleaned better; there was hair on the floor and on the swimming towel, and the bed was broken. We expected a quieter setting for a couple’s night, but the hotel was busy with many guests, children staying late next to our room made noise, and the pool area was often crowded.

The hotel is wonderful, rooms are very comfortable and clean, the pool is well maintained, and breakfast is excellent. The atmosphere feels a bit weak.

“Nice small hotel in Magdal Shams”

Breakfast was top‑tier, matching a 5‑star standard, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel is clean and has been renovated. The bedrooms, however, need a redesign; they are basic and disappointing after the impressive entrance, lack decorations, and miss essential items like a hairdryer, chairs, spoons, and saucers. The old fridge is noisy and should be replaced.
