We already complained; it wasn’t what was advertised on Booking. The facilities are defective, the explanations on Booking are unclear, the reviews aren’t real, it isn’t a hotel and the quality is really bad even though the location is great. The room has water, the breakfast isn’t as described, it’s a flat with rooms and breakfast in the kitchen, and there is no Wi‑Fi.

The location is excellent, close to the Vatican and the metro, and the owner and the housekeeper are very charming and helpful.
