“Mooi hotel, goed restaurant wel wat gehorig.”
The location is nice and practical if you’re on the way or, as in my case, heading to the Fiera in Pordenone. Rooms are well kept and clean, the restaurant is good with a nice bar, and there’s an inner garden for dining in good weather. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the village itself is truly charming. When I booked, there were few spots left and I had to reserve a 3‑person comfort room for one person, but at check‑in I received a much smaller room. It wasn’t a big deal, but it would have been better if they had adjusted the rate per night and informed me. The hotel is very noisy; the room doors slam shut unless you hold them, so I was often woken by other guests. The bathroom of my neighbors was next to the head of my bed, so I got everything that happened there. It’s a decent hotel if you need to get up early and go to bed late, but not for a peaceful, good sleep. For what I paid per night and what I received, it felt a bit pricey. The breakfast is fine but not always replenished immediately, and coffee was forgotten once. It can happen, but I expected a bit more service.
