From my point of view, the selection of pastries at the breakfast buffet could be improved.
The hotel was generally liked, but there were nuances: Wi‑Fi sometimes worked poorly, and drinks during dinner and even breakfast (though included) turned out to be paid, which was not warned about in advance.
“Super Hotel, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit”
This family‑friendly hotel has very pleasant owners and staff who always say something kind, try to make everything comfortable, and offer helpful tips. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone, with fresh, high‑quality bread in abundance. Dinner featured several creative courses that were tasty; whether you’re vegan or eat meat, there was a dish for you. The hotel really takes the word “organic” seriously – it’s obvious. The setting is beautiful and a perfect base for motorcycle trips, as well as hiking and cycling. Motorcycles are safely parked in the garage, bikes have a dedicated space. They also offer yoga, guided hikes, and bike tours, but we were mainly there for the motorcycle rides. Next time I go to South Tyrol, I’ll definitely stay here again.
The hotel is very beautiful. The woodwork is extraordinary. The spa area, pool, two saunas, and whirlpool are ample for a good wellness time. Breakfast is very varied and good. The five‑course dinner menu always pleasantly surprised us. The owners make a great effort to entertain and inform guests thoroughly. Thank you for the lovely time.
The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms looked brand new and were spotless, and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. I’ve rarely stayed at such a great hotel and I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s also worth noting that you can charge an electric car there easily and affordably. I didn’t notice any negatives.
