The bed was a real let‑down – it felt like two separate mattresses pushed together, so I couldn’t get comfortable. To make matters worse, the room was still freezing when we got there and it took ages for the heating to kick in. Not the welcome I was hoping for.

This apartment is solid enough that I’d tell friends to book it, but don’t expect a balcony – there isn’t one. The space itself works fine, just a bit of a disappointment if you were looking for an outdoor spot.

The spot is spot‑on and the room feels brand‑new, which I liked. Unfortunately, being right by the front door meant every time someone shut it, it rattled the whole place like an earthquake, and I lost sleep for two nights. To top it off, the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper.

I appreciated the central location and the modern design – the rooms were clean and comfy. The front door, however, was a nightmare: the lock never worked right, the key code never registered, and the door kept slamming, even at night. Our room was right next to the entrance, so the constant banging kept the kids awake.

Spotless rooms, everything we needed, and the check‑in/check‑out was a breeze. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to everything in Varna. We’d definitely book again if we’re back.
