The location was good, the rooms were simple but cozy, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was excellent; the facilities were clean. The double bed mattress was very hard, and the terrace didn’t offer any views.

The staff were very attentive and answered all our requests, especially after our first night on a mattress that felt too hard for us; Driss offered to replace it immediately, and we spent a second night on a mattress that suited us perfectly. Breakfast was hearty and tasty. The place is well‑located as other reviews say—wander around and you’ll find great photo spots, and there’s a good restaurant called Asaada. The host was very welcoming, and since we left at 11 am, the manager let us keep our bags until the end of the afternoon so we could explore the medina, which was really nice. I recommend staying for 10 days or a few days. I also suggest visiting Akchour for its waterfalls and the Bridge of God about 37 minutes by car; ask for guide Mehdi—he’s excellent and also takes photos for you. The room was very narrow, but we were warned that it matched the photos. Hot water took a long time to arrive, and the room was very cold in November. The bedding, pillow covers, and sheets were cold and damp even while we slept.
