I liked the cleanliness and the courteous staff. I didn't like that there was no breakfast option and that the café bar was closed.

After a long drive, a room with a bed and shower was a relief, and Ruse itself is a cozy town. The front desk didn’t speak English, but a student assistant was, and she helped us translate wonderfully.

It was clean, sheets were washed, and the location is good. The listing does not match the conditions or the picture. Instead of a room with a double bed and balcony we received two single beds and no balcony. We were told we would have to pay extra for what was advertised. Because we did not feel well, we settled in. The beds are small and uncomfortable, placed too close to the wall. There were two lamps over our bed, both not working, one missing a bulb. When turning off the lamps from the socket, you have to move the bed forward to charge your phones. The bathroom is awkward, the toilet seat barely fits, and there are no shelves for toiletries. The fridge is small and rusty. The building lacks sound insulation; street noise and hotel noise are heard. It is hard to fall asleep and you wake easily. Curtains are missing. There is no elevator. The reception staff are rude and mean.
