Convenient location and friendly staff. The staff was not helpful in many aspects. It said free WiFi but actually no WiFi, we paid for additional 3 set of futon but only got 2, ang they are a bit short and thin etc. And the room was ok but the bathroom is in bad condition (cold air leaking in, low quality soap etc.)

The air conditioning worked well. The view was beautiful. The futon and chair were comfortable. The bathtub was somewhat dirty. The toilet was clean. The shower water was weak!

The hotel interior was clean. The shower water flow was very slow, making it almost impossible to shower. The toilet flush was in the same situation. According to the reservation information, there was no free Wi‑Fi.

The shower didn’t turn on, and the water volume was so low that even adults couldn’t tolerate it. The child couldn’t manage. I’m sorry, but it was not good, contrary to the reviews.
