The entire experience was great, but some of the walkways were poorly lit at night.

The hotel is perfect for a family vacation, the staff are very attentive, and the food is delicious and varied. The check‑in process could be faster; we had to wait until after 15:00 to get a room. Some items in the kids’ pool maintenance were not working, and the children’s club looks a bit neglected.

The hotel is very quiet. It was great that there was a shuttle that dropped us in the city (important to know it doesn’t stop near the main square). The food was excellent with a huge variety. The pool area is super pleasant. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to visit Marrakech but stay away from the chaos and worry about nothing.
