The reception and entrance were fine. The rooms had dirty sheets, a tiny change, and the next one also had dirty and wrinkled sheets. On the third room change, the sheets were clean but the air conditioning made a lot of noise, the sink leaked water, the tea bags and sugar were expired. The price on Booking was double what the hotel said at reception, and they also told us that breakfast was not included, even though it was listed and in the price (half) it is included. When we complained, they approved it, though they offered us a cake with hard-boiled eggs.

The village people are friendly. The check‑in time was long and required waiting.

The place is comfortable, staff are friendly, and it’s recommended to choose a room in the new building for more comfort. In some older building rooms, the air was stale, the AC was not cool enough, the bathroom needed more care, some shower handles were loose.

Nothing good. There were lice and insects on the bed. I asked to change rooms, they did it, but they struggled to understand the seriousness of the situation. I fought to disinfect my clothes within a reasonable time.
